Marcella is the Administrative Assistant to the Ohio Governor’s Council on People with Disabilities. She began her state employment career with the Ohio Department of Health, Accounting dept. in 1978 and has been with the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission since 1980 working in various positions such as Communications and Finance and the department Bureau of Disabilities Determination as Quality Assurance Tech. Currently Marcella is the professional staff support for Council and Council’s programs; Business Leadership Network and Start on Success. She also is professional staff support for Council’s Committees; Employment, Access Concerns, and sub-committees; Executive Committee, Nominations/Awards/Recognition and WEB Page. She has been with Council since 1997. Marcella has her Associate degree in Law Enforcement. She shares her life with God, family and close friends and her hobbies include dance, martial arts, leisure reading, power walking and crafts.
