Joe Dunn, Director of Legislative Affairs for the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission (RSC), is responsible for all communication and liaison activities with both the Ohio delegation of the U.S. Congress and the Ohio General Assembly. This includes the federal and state budgets, the Rehabilitation Act (part of the Workforce Investment Act), and numerous pieces of state and federal legislation impacting people with disabilities.
Joe served previously in a number of legislative and administrative capacities including: Legislative Aide to Representative Jon Peterson, Legislative Service Commission Intern with the House Majority; and various Internships with the Ohio Governor’s regional office, U.S. Congressman English-R, PA and Pennsylvania State Representative Wilt.
Joe resides in Powell with his wife Melissa, their son Connor and daughter, Maggie. He is active in the Kappa Sigma fraternity as an alumni volunteer/mentor and enjoys spending his free time with his family, reading, watching movies and theater, and traveling.
